| After the Championship Game they always play "One Shining Moment"
I think 2009 last year was the only year I really stayed to watch it. I usually never care for it or pay attention to it. I've watched the clips of almost every one on Youtube though
I always just find the song cheesy. The highlights from the tournament in the video aren't bad though
I just personally think it's a little bit overrated.

| I hate that song. As soon as the game is over I jump to any other channel to avoid hearing it. |

| Lol it does shed a tear in my eye to watch it at times. Just because of the slow beat and thinking about the moments of March Madness
as for the song I hate it too though. If they had a different song to go with the video I would like it way better haha
The song just doesn't go with sports _________________ Still No Rings For Queen James |

| I like One Shining Moment a lot. Though they really pissed me off with replacing Luther Vandross's awesome rendition with a bunch of Jennifer Hudson wailing. Seems like the NCAA always knows how to mess with a good thing. |

| I agree. I didn't watch because I was disgusted Duke won but I saw on youtube
and hated this years One Shining Moment especially. I like Luther Vandeross and it sounds much better with him singing it
This years One Shining Moment may have been the worst lol _________________ Still No Rings For Queen James |

Not only was her rendition bad, but they kept randomly cutting to her singing. I don't give two shits about Hudson and her headphones, I care about revisiting all the sweet moments from this tournament. Way to go; match one of the worst One Shining Moments with one of the wildest tourneys.
I like the One Shining Moments, though. I like marveling at the highlights now and then. Christian Laettner's buzzer-beater, Tyus Edney's drive, Chalmer's three...too many to count, but they're all fun to watch. |

| Yep.
2004 was my favorite One Shining Moment. Maybe because Georgia Tech was in the National Final, and local mid major Manhattan upset Florida in the 1st Round that year and they caught both of them in One Shining Moment.
In that year TWO number 1 seeds lost in the 2nd Round Kentucky to UAB and Stanford to Alabama and also had some of the most memorable games and last second shots such as Mo Finley's game winner against Kentucky for the upset, John Lucas III's Elite 8 shot to beat St.Joe's, UConn's wild comeback against Duke in the Final Four, Nevada's cinderella run upsetting Michigan State and Gonzaga before falling.
2004 was when I really got into College BBall so that's the first one I remember seeing a One Shining Moment for. I saw it on youtube a little later than when it first game on though because my Dad and I were sad GT lost and turned the TV off lol _________________ Still No Rings For Queen James |

| You could replace "One shining moment" with any slow song and the effect would be the same. It's the highlights, not the song that moves me.
But I hate that song so much that I'll switch over to anything else.
That's a stupid song. It's all about the clips. |

| I agree with that. The clips are what make it what it is.
If the song was being sung without the clips I'd probably just get pissed and turn it off lol.
I always watch and think to myself damn I remember that game or damn that moment and makes me sad the NCAA Tournament's over
I never stay up to watch One Shining Moment unless my team wins. After the trophy presentation I always go to sleep.
I do agree that the song sucks though lol _________________ Still No Rings For Queen James |

| Lol I was upset that they kept cutting to her singing as well
there was alot more highlights they could've put in here that they missed. They could've added Quincy Pondexter's shot to beat Marquette, Ish Smith's shot to beat Texas for Wake Forest and many more.
this was probably the worst did One Shining Moment ever.
They needed more clips of the tournament!!! as everybody keeps saying
gotta bring Luther Vandeross back _________________ Still No Rings For Queen James |

| One Shining Moment is a classic song from the 70's, Don't care who sings it. It's only really good with the highlights if it shows a Cinderella story. Just put Butler in there for the whole thing, and it will be perfect. |
