Michelle Rhee, the DC Schools chancellor is resigning partly because the new presumptive mayor of DC, Vincent Gray, is not particularly fond of her (Gray beat the current mayor, Adrian Fenty in the Democratic Primary, the Republicans won't put out a candidate). She is also engaged to Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson, who is probably better known as a former three time All Star guard for the Suns and dunked over Hakeem once.

DC Schools are broken. Can't wait to see another "bright mind" play with the future of thousands of children.............
