| Good call, those 22 assists are nothing to laugh at, he played well and unselfishly. Congratulations to John Wall. |

JOHN WALLLLLLLL |
No defense was played. Chris Paul would've gotten 50 assists in this game. |

| chris paul had his chance at 50 and failed..he only got 17. he was the previous record holder with17. chris paul isn't even much better than wall. paul averages 16.2 ppg, wall averages 15.0 ppg, paul averages 3.9 RPG, wall averages 4.2 RPG, paul averages 9.6 APG, wall averages 8.9 APG, paul averages 2.4 TOPG, Wall averages 3.7topg(He's not the leader of TOPG,rondo, westbrook and james average more and derrick rose and deron williams are right there with 3.5), paul is +23 EFF,wall is +17 eff.plus wall has 5 inches of height on cp3 and 20 lbs of weight. Pauls better but he's not a top 3 PG by any means and he isn't as good as you want it to seem and walls numbers are more impressive as a rookie vs pauls numbers being a 5 or 6 year veteran. |

| using stats is a terrible way to compare Paul to Wall.
Yeah.... Wall averages 15, 1.2 less than Paul. But Paul shoots it 2 times less per game than Wall. Paul's FG% is 47 while Wall's is 40. Paul can knock down 3's at a high percentage. Wall cannot.
Paul is a better defender than Wall. Not just because of the SPG... he's just a better defender and you can tell by watching.
Paul is a better leader than Wall. It's wall's rookie year, so that can slide for now.
Wall is a good passer, but Paul is just better. And all around, Wall plays with better shooters than Paul does which makes it easier to get assists when Wall drives.
Paul became the first player since Magic to average at least 20/11 in a season. And he did it 2 years in a row.
The MAIN reason why it isn't fair to use Pauls stats this season is because this is his first year playing coming off a knee injury. And that Knee injury is clearly impacting his game.. especially when it comes to driving to the basket.
Paul is still a TOP 3 PG to me because of what he's doing with the Hornets this season...winning. Winning with Ariza's sub .400% shooting... winning with Bellineli as the starting SG...winning with a rookie Head coach..
with ALL that being said... I still think Wall is going to be great. |

Both neither are good though, but I think wall can get better because rose has gotten heaps better, paul is done gettng beter..6 years vet..can't teach an old dog new tricks. And you can't really judge walls leadership..as a rookie you just cant...paul is a better passer but david west is a nice little assist-padder. with that said, paul is better. |
