Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Elgin Baylor, and my boy Blake Griffin are the only rookies to ever average 22/12/3. That's a pretty damn good group to be in. Just felt the urge to say that.

BQ: What numbers do you think a prime Blake Griffin would put up?

I can't see him needing a post game anytime soon. I don't really watch Clipper games though.

He'll never be a ast guy...unless u meant 5 blocks..

35 points, 12 rebounds, 1 ast,2 blocks sounds good...

How can you become a great player, yet can't play a lick of defense?

He's a rookie...tons of legends couldnt play defense as rookies...but they had the skills and put the work in..

He has small hands, and has a low basketball IQ. You can learn, but if you're all athleticism, that effort is lessened. Derrick Rose, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, and Michael Jordan are the epitome of gifted athletic players, but they are very skilled because they put the work in. I doubt Blake Griffin will have that same drive, especially with his behaviour and arrogance.

Blake Griffin isn't doing anymore for his team than Kevin Love for the T'Wolves.
