As some of you might know, he was the mavs assistant coach

Honestly, I would be happy, but every time I've been happy with something the raptors have done, ive gotten dissapointed early on.

Raptors are still a team? I thought they destroyed the team when Bosh left.

Kidding, that's cool, I guess thats a pretty good pick up, but they need good players in order to utilize the coach.

I hear you Dan.
At least the Raps MIGHT be a better defensive team with him as coach.
Hopefully, he is a good offensive coach as well. He better not let Bayless hog the ball again this season...err!

No. No it wasn't..I can assure you it wasn't. If you find a semi-colon in every paragraph you write, then you're not using it right.

Actually, a semicolon separates 2 full sentences that relate to each other

She is using it correctly techincally, but she is also overusing it. semicolons are supposed to be not commonly used.

At your grade you can get away with semicolons all over your paper, and whenever you have two relating sentences. But as your teachers get better you'll understand what I mean. Actually, if possible, you should avoid using it at all. If you use it like this: 'I suck on cock; it helps clear my throat.' <--- That's 7th grade. Here is a perfect example of how you should use it: 'Godzilla is a misunderstood creature; beneath his raging desire to set people on fire and eat them lies a gentle giant who just wants to cuddle.'. Limit it's usage, by only using it in sophisticated sentences, and in ones strongly relating to each other.

And I was just teasing Jal... not trying to start an English war

Good thing too, 'cause you used "it's" instead of "its" in your explanation. Razz
